The large, light and fluffy hot cross buns are made with a wonderful adapted Paul Hollywood recipe. We love following recipes that work. We would usually be teaching these on our Easter Bakes Course. This year you get to buy them and eat them, made by our highly qualified artisan bakers! Grated apple, orange zest, currants, sultanas and a little candied peel. We make these at 130-150g. They are BIG and scrumptious. Ingredients: Shipton Mill white and Organic brown flour. Butter, milk, (contains dairy) orange zest, candied peel, yeast, mixed spices, sultanas amd currants.
