They are kneaded and loved and balled over two days. A simple recipe containing flour, yeast, salt and a dash of the best olive oil makes Neapolitan. You can then enjoy making pizza with friends and family. Top them with what you like. We recommend blending passata with olive oil, salt and fresh basil. That is your first layer. Then a little basil under the Mozarella. Bake as a Neapolitan. Top with fresh mozzarella straight out of the oven, a little bresaola and rocket and Parmesan.
