We hired the Kitchen Garden to cook for us at a hen party and we were absolutely blown away. Miranda and Carol took great care in every detail from the table arrangements to the food presentation. We were a big group with a range of tastes but all enjoyed each dish massively. It was fresh, varied and delicious. It was also really nice to hear a bit of backstory about recipes or how Miranda sources produce. At the end of the night they left the place spotless and even kindly left behind some delicious breakfast bits. They really went above and beyond to make it special. HIGHLY recommend the Kitchen Garden.

Miranda and Carol cooked us a wonderful meal during our stay in Somerset. All the food was locally sourced and we had plenty of choice so everyone was happy. The whole set up was lovely with flowers and candles and the kids had a great time making their own pizzas before leaving the adults to it! The whole dinner was a real treat and we felt very spoilt.

Where to begin with a review of this wonderful company. From my initial reach out and a meeting to discuss our menu requirements, I was confident that Miranda understood exactly what we were after for our special occasion. She and Carol then put their heart and soul into cooking for us, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from our first private dining experience. They cooked up a very special birthday brunch, pizza for the kids and an elevated 3-course sit-down dinner for 19 adults (with a pre-dessert cocktail!) – all in a day’s work. We were all blown away by the effort they put into sourcing the very best ingredients from Somerset and the surrounding area. The food looked amazing and tasted even better. Thank you again, Miranda and Carol (and Daisy), for making it a truly memorable weekend.

We have just returned from a wonderful 30th birthday celebration weekend which was catered by Miranda and Carol from The Kitchen Garden Somerset. All of the meals were delicious and of exceptionally high standard. We really enjoyed hearing about the provenance of some of the dishes too. Miranda and Carol were both friendly and discreet and the food and service they provided definitely contributed in making this fabulous celebration a truly unforgettable one! Thoroughly recommended.

My friend booked Miranda & her team for canapés and small plates as a surprise for my hen do for a group of 19 of us alongside Jon doing the cocktail class. Safe to say this was an incredible day. The food Miranda, Carol and team cooked (all made from scratch, homemade, local produce) was absolutely beautiful looking and tasted SO good. They were working in the kitchen all morning whilst not being in anyone’s way and just cracked on. Everything was displayed so well and all my hens commented on how top quality the food was. My wedding is in Spain so they added a Spanish take on some elements and also made my favourite crab croquettes. Thank you again - want to eat it all over again!
